Neu: Soße & Würze "mediterran pikant"
Das ist ein Soßengewürz, mit dem Du im Handumdrehen eine wunderbare, gschmackige Soße zaubern kannst!
Ausserdem kannst Du diese Gewürzmischung auch wunderbar als Würze verwenden!

Zubereitung als Soße:
25g Soßengewürz = ca. 3EL mit 200ml kochendem Wasser verrühren und ca. 5 Minuten köcheln lassen. Verfeinere gerne mit einem Schuss Rahm, dann hast Du eine wohlschmeckende Rahmsoße!

Ich verwende das Gewürz auch gerne für den letzten Schliff bei Salaten. Mariniere Deine Salate mit dem Dressing Deiner Wahl und streue on top noch etwas Würze drüber. Sieht so hübsch aus und schmeckt köstlich!

Verwende die Soßenwürze für alle tomatigen Gerichte; z. B. habe ich es als Basis für Würstl-Gulasch mit Zucchini verwendet. Ich musste dann lediglich mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer nachwürzen.

Verfeinere alle Gerichte damit.
